Here we are sharing a couple of demonstrations that are set in a group context. The first one is about setting up a productive meeting and the second is about updating senior stakeholders.

As with all our demonstrations, we run each one through twice. As you watch them notice what you notice about how the person leading the meetings goes about them and gauge how this might leave the their audience feeling.
